Over the past year, CMHC has made significant changes to the Section 95 application. This session will introduce you to the Section 95 program and the new dynamic Excel Section 95 application form. We will summarize the Section 95 process and the requirements for a complete application for your project. For those communities that have received a 2020/21 conditional allocation this will greatly help you complete your application package.
Indigenous communities that have received a 2020/21 conditional allocation or planning to submit a future Expression of Interest when it comes available in 2021.
